Welcome to Madison Square at Dunwoody!

Welcome to our Community!

Madison Square at Dunwoody is a vibrant, fun, and safe community in the Georgetown area of Dunwoody, Georgia. Our property is made up of four symmetrical buildings housing nearly 400 condominium units. Each Building is centered around either a beautiful garden or pool and rises up four stories.

Building 100 is home to our on-site property management office, a large beach entry pool, and a fitness center. There’s also a well-appointed social room containing a kitchenette and is available for owners’ events and parties.

Building 200 houses the beautiful Sculpture Garden, a lush space with unique sculptures and quiet spaces.

Building 300 houses the relaxing Zen Garden, designed with traditional Japanese principles of water and energy.

Building 400 is home to our lap pool, which stays a little quieter than the large beach entry pool and designed specifically for swimming laps.

The parking garages are between Buildings 100 / 300 and 200 / 400.  Each homeowner has a reserved parking space.  Visitor parking is on the 5th floor of each garage.

All exterior entrances to all buildings, including the parking garages, are secured by access control systems assigned to each homeowner.

Madison Square at Dunwoody is conveniently located in a growing part of Dunwoody, with easy access to I-285, I-85, and GA-400, all within just a few miles of the property.

Before it was purchased and converted to a condominium by ElAd National Properties, the community was known as Westchester at Dunwoody Apartments.

The community is served, and this website is maintained, by the Madison Square at Dunwoody Condominium Association, Inc. We have proudly selected Community Management Associates (CMA) to manage the affairs of the Association. CMA operates at the direction of the Association’s Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors is made up of five homeowners serving in staggered two-year terms. The members of the Board are elected by the general membership in accordance with the bylaws of the Association.

If you have chosen Madison Square as your home, we welcome you to our community. And if you’re in the market for a beautiful home in a perfectly situated community, we would love to someday welcome you as our neighbor, too.
